Room Fifteen Authors

I introduced a new learning intention this week with the Room Fifteen Dream team.We are learning to use adjectives to describe our nouns. Here is a selection of the children who embraced the challenge and challenged themselves to venture outside their comfort zones.

Waking Up

On a lovely Wednesday morning sleepily I woke up in my nice comfortable bed. I didn’t want to get out of my nice bed but I did. I made my duvet cover with sparkles on. I walked onto my fluffy carpet. I walked to my brown dressing table. I got my top with the bow and my snowflake jeans. I found my messy jacket and put it on. It felt nice and fluffy and warm. I walked out of my bedroom and I walked up the colourful stairs. I walked on the brown floor and then into my mums warm bedroom. I climbed up on the cream bed and got a cream pillow. I smacked dad on the face and he woke up. In excitement he said “what was that? “It’s me” I yelled back "it’s time for breakfast." My silly dad got out of his fluffy bed and walked to the warm kitchen. He got out the purple box of rice bubbles and poured some into my Bratz bowl. He added some white milk too. Pop! Pop! Pop went the yummy rice bubbles. I ate them all up and they were delicious. Next I had some toast with real butter and yummy marmite. That was yum too. After I went to the pretty bathroom to brush my teeth. I got my cat tooth brush and brushed my teeth clean. It was time to go to school. What a yummy breakfast I had.

Bath

Happily I hopped into the warm bath. The bubbles smelt like apples. Then my mum got the shampoo. It smelt like sweet honey. The tickly bubbles dripped down my face. Then my mum got my warm fluffy towel.

Pudding

Last night I went to my dad’s and we had yummy lasagna for dinner. I didn’t like it so much. Then we had sticky smooth chocolate and it dripped down my throat. It tasted really yummy. I said to dad can I have some he said yes. Then I said thanks dad and Louis said “can I have some more dad?’ Dad said yes. That is it he said you have had enough.

Dinner

Last night for dinner I had yummy meat and cauliflower and yummy potato. I ate cauliflower and soft potato. I didn’t really like the meat beacuse it was yuck chewy meat. My mum cooked the yummy cold potato and the yummy cheesy cauliflower. I had dinner with my big sister and big mum.
